💰 Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with StructLearn Pro. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund process.
1. 3-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your payment.
This applies to:
- Monthly Pro subscriptions
- Annual Pro subscriptions
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at structlearnpro@gmail.com within 3 days of payment
- Subject: Refund Request — [Your Unique ID]
- Include your registered mobile number and Razorpay payment ID (shown in your receipt)
- We will process the refund within 5-7 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
3. After Refund
- Your account will revert to the Free plan immediately upon refund approval
- Projects you created on Pro plan will remain accessible (up to the free plan limit of 3)
- Downloaded PDFs and data exported remain with you
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in these cases:
- Request made after 3 days (72 hours) from payment
- Account suspended due to Terms of Service violations
- If a refund was already processed for a previous subscription from the same account
- Partial month or partial year refunds after the 3-day window
5. Renewal Payments
If your subscription auto-renews (you paid again), the same 3-day policy applies to each renewal payment separately.
6. Payment Failures
If your payment was deducted but Pro access was not activated, contact us immediately at structlearnpro@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We will resolve within 24 hours.
