1. About the Platform

StructLearn Pro is an educational platform operated by StructLearn Pro Education Services, accessible at structlearnpro.com. The platform provides structural engineering learning tools based on Indian Standards including IS 456:2000, IS 1893:2016, IS 875 Part 3, and IS 13920:2016.

2. Eligibility

You may use StructLearn Pro if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or using under supervision of an adult
• Are a student, educator, or professional in civil/structural engineering or related fields
• Agree to use the platform for educational purposes only
• Provide accurate information during registration

3. User Accounts

When you register:

• You receive a unique ID (e.g. SLP-STU-2026-DL-00001) that identifies your account
• Your account is linked to your mobile number via OTP verification
• You are responsible for keeping your mobile number accessible
• You must not share your account with others
• You must not create multiple accounts for the same person

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan

• Up to 3 projects
• Full structural analysis and safety checks
• View all results on screen
• Design snapshots
• Learning modules (Module 1)

Pro Plan

• Unlimited projects
• PDF report download
• Construction drawing packages
• All learning modules
• Advanced analysis tools
• Priority support

Pro plan pricing is as displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time. Current users on a plan are not affected by price changes until renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use platform outputs directly for construction without professional review
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform's code or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated bots or scrapers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content on StructLearn Pro including but not limited to the design engine, user interface, learning modules, reference tables, and educational content is owned by StructLearn Pro Education Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your project data and designs belong to you. We claim no ownership over designs you create on the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

StructLearn Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculation results will be accurate for all use cases. See our full Disclaimer for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StructLearn Pro Education Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
